Use this section to check out solutions to the most common dispenser problems.

• Basic dispenser troubleshooting
• When you move your hand over the electronic eye sensor, there is no motor or dispenser operation.
• The dispenser is new and does not dispense towels.
• The dispenser is not automatically dispensing towels, but manual feed works.
• The low battery light is on.
• The batteries in my dispenser keep draining fairly quickly.
• The dispenser automatically dispenses towels without any hand motion.
• The dispenser automatically dispenses towels with very limited hand motion.
• Only one towel dispenses after the cover is closed.
• The dispenser was just installed and the sensor light keeps blinking.
• You have to touch the sensor on the front of the dispenser to get a towel to dispense.
• The electronic eye sensor only flashes when the sensor is activated. No towel is dispensed.
