COVID-Era Restroom Care

As the nation and world strive to combat COVID-19, new public health guidelines have been laid out to protect building occupants. Those guidelines have brought hygiene to the forefront and have heightened occupant expectations as it relates to hygiene. Not only must facility managers meet these new guidelines, they must exceed these elevated expectations. The public restroom, in particular, has always been critical to building occupant satisfaction, but in the age of COVID-19, occupants are paying even closer attention to restroom hygiene, both real and perceived.
